New and unworn/unwashed items purchased online are eligible for an exchange within 14 days after the product is received. Please email us at with the subject being "Return/Exchange". Please allow us 2-4 business days to respond. If your desired size/style is not available at the time of your return, we are happy to offer an alternative, or you will be issued a store credit. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Please notify us before shipping since we cannot be responsible for items returned to us without notification and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not track/locate the package. All return packages must be insured.

  • Items purchased at a discounted price larger than 15% are final sale 
  • All defective items must be brought to our attention within 3 days after receiving your package.
  • Pacifiers and teethers are FINAL SALE
  • We cannot accept returns on swimwear for hygiene reasons.


Domestic Shipping (USA):
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS with tracking. Please allow 3-5 days from ship date for delivery. If you suspect your package is lost, or have a question regarding tracking of your package please use this link to track packages or you can contact USPS via 1-800-275-8700 as we are not responsible for tracking once dropped off at the post office.
